Crockers Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion Overview
This promotion offers one $200 Prezzy Gift Card to be won every month. Entry is open to any individual who completes the survey hosted by Crockers. The survey is considered complete when a customer clicks a button indicating their satisfaction. Leaving a review is optional and not required for entry.
2. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Crockers Property Group (“Crockers”), located in New Zealand.
3. Eligibility
The competition is open to all New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Crockers, their immediate family members, and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
4. Competition Period
This is an ongoing monthly competition, with a new draw held each month. Entries received after the closing date for each month will be included in the next month’s draw.
5. How to Enter
To enter, participants must scan the QR code provided and complete the feedback form. Each valid submission will be automatically entered into the prize draw. Only one entry per person is allowed per month. Multiple entries from the same person in a single month will not be counted.
6. Prize Details
One winner will receive a $200 Prezzy Gift Card each month. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries within 7 days after the end of each month. The winner will be notified via the contact details provided in the feedback form. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner may be drawn.
8. Publicity
By entering, the winner agrees to have their first name and feedback shared on Crockers' social media channels, unless they request otherwise.
9. Google Review (Optional)
Participants will have the option to leave a Google review after submitting their feedback. This is not a requirement for entry.
10. Privacy
Personal information provided will only be used for the purposes of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
11. General Conditions
Crockers reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time. Crockers' decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
