Joe has been part of our team since 2009. He started as a Property Manager and has since risen through the ranks, taking on roles as Team Leader and General Manager. Joe is currently at the helm of the largest single office property management company in New Zealand.

Thanks to his extensive knowledge in all aspects of Property Management, Joe has been instrumental in driving a transformation of our core business. By leveraging people, processes, structure, and systems, he's helped us achieve success and growth in a rapidly evolving market. Joe's focus on ensuring all key business components support each other has resulted in improved internal efficiencies, increased transparency of target tracking and achievement, and higher levels of service for our clients.

Joe's leadership and expertise have been invaluable in guiding our team and helping us to achieve our goals. We're proud to have him as part of the Crockers whānau, and we look forward to many more years of his guidance and leadership.

Shanon is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the property management industry. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Property Management, which he pursued while simultaneously working full time over the course of several years. Additionally, Shanon possesses a Bachelor of Applied Science degree, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning.

Shanon has had an impressive journey at Crockers Property Group since joining in 2007. Starting as a property manager, he has consistently demonstrated his dedication and expertise, steadily progressing within the company. Over the years, Shanon has excelled in various roles within the Property Management and Body Corporate teams. At present, Shanon oversees the Crocker Group's Residential, Commercial Property Management, and Body Corporate New Business and Marketing Teams. Leveraging his extensive knowledge and experience, he plays a crucial role in driving growth and attaining outstanding outcomes for the wider company.

One of Shanon's notable strengths lies in his understanding of the New Zealand property market. Having weathered its booms and busts, he has gained invaluable insights into the dynamics and intricacies of the property landscape. Shanon's expertise extends to the Unit Titles and the Residential Tenancies Act, underscoring his comprehensive knowledge of the legal frameworks governing the industry.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Shanon finds great joy in spending quality time with his family. He cherishes these moments and embraces his role as a dedicated family man. Additionally, Shanon is an ardent BBQ enthusiast, displaying his passion for cooking and creating delicious culinary experiences.

At Crockers, Mark is a key part of our business development team, where he brings on new business for our property management team to nurture. He finds it a privilege doing this, because Crockers are always striving to be better, and in order to do that, they employ some of the most talented and experienced property managers in the industry. Mark is a great communicator with new clients, and certainly promotes with confidence, knowing that they will be well looked after.

Mark has a few great passions in life. The first is his darling wife, she deserves a special medal for putting up with him for over 30 years. His sons come next and it is wonderful to see them not just standing on their own two feet but building lives for themselves that will serve them well into the future.

Then comes his hobbies, cricket and photography. He coaches cricket at his local club, giving him great pleasure watching young cricketers blossom and some going onto greater levels. As for his photography, he says he’s still on a steep learning curve but enjoying every moment!

Leon began his career in the property industry with a Chinese state-owned development & construction company. After returning to Auckland, he continued his journey in the field, joining Crockers Property as a Senior Business Development Manager.

As an active residential property investor & expert, Leon has firsthand insight into the needs of property owners and is committed to delivering the high-quality service they deserve. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, he leverages his multilingual skills to better serve both landlords and tenants in Auckland's culturally diverse market.

Darryl joined Crockers Property Group in June 2026 as a Business Development Manager, bringing with him a genuine passion for property and a strong focus on helping landlords make confident, informed decisions about their investment properties.

Darryl works closely with residential investors to understand their goals and help them get the best from their rental property. For him, property management is about more than collecting rent. It is about protecting valuable assets, supporting long-term growth, and building strong relationships based on trust, communication, and great service.

Darryl has been involved in the property industry since 2016 and brings a broad range of experience across property sales, investment, and client relationship management. Prior to property, he had an award-winning career in the motor industry, receiving national recognition for both sales performance and leadership. He later became Managing Director of a residential property brokerage, giving him valuable insight into what property owners need when making important investment decisions.

Living on Auckland’s North Shore, Darryl has a strong understanding of Auckland’s residential investment market and enjoys helping landlords navigate the opportunities and challenges that come with owning rental property.

Outside of work, Darryl enjoys Auckland’s coastal lifestyle with family and friends and can often be found jet-skiing, fishing, or spending time at the beach.

Renita moved to New Zealand from the beautiful tropical Island of Fiji in 2006. She has immense knowledge of people management and has been in various leadership roles over the years. 

Renita joined Crockers in 2020 where she leads, supports and develops our team of Property Managers, and is very proud to be part of the Crockers group.

 She loves the challenges her role brings and enjoys the variety of work that each day brings. Renita works very closely with her team members and clients to provide them with positive experiences and legendary service. 

Renita spends her spare time with family, friends, and her puppy.  

Ben has been around the industry his entire life, with both his parents having worked in Real Estate, property has been a part of his upbringing. Having started in Property Management in 2010, initially specialising in letting, where he honed his skills in matching suitable tenants with properties.

Not long after this, he took over his first apartment portfolio, developing a strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and units in a Body Corporate before heading over to the UK.

After several years working in the industry in the vast London market, Ben returned to Auckland in 2016 and joined the Crockers City Apartment team. With his variety of experiences and strong knowledge of the city apartment market, he now uses this to lead the City Team at Crockers.

Nikki is part of our Executive Living Specialist team, where she specialises in executive rentals, combining deep industry knowledge with a passion for delivering outstanding service. Her commitment to professionalism and personalised care ensures your property is managed to the highest standard, giving you peace of mind every step of the way.

Nikki’s original career working as an International Relocation Consultant took a turn after an opportunity presented itself in the Real Estate sector, where she landed a very successful role relocating executives from the UK, Singapore and Australia into New Zealand.

This opportunity was a big step into the service field of rental and property management. Nikki has held this position since 2003 and has been a large part of the Crockers journey contributing not only to her own portfolio but continually across the wider team that she works with.  During this time, her encouraging and positive personality and determination to provide a reliable and transparent service has assisted with the growth of her portfolio.

Kishon joined Crockers in 2016 as a receptionist and worked in the role for 5 years, during that time she helped in other departments, which she really enjoyed, with the variety these roles produced.

Kishon enjoys meeting new people and when a leasing role presented itself she decided to try something different and expand her love for dealing with people. This new aspect of the job has indeed brought variety and flexibility, Kishon does a fantastic job by putting both landlord and tenants at ease and enjoys the fascinating diversity of people she gets to interact with on a daily basis.

In her downtime she enjoys travelling and spending time with friends and family.

James commenced at Crockers in January 2023 and comes to us with vast experience in Sales & Marketing and more recently in Tourism, Hospitality and Hotels as a General Manager.

In his last role, James was a Building Manager at a serviced apartment property which comprised of 276 units, in the Auckland CBD. So, with this blend of experience, James is excited to develop and grow our Build-to-Rent offering for Park Tower. He also engages with the wider Property teams, builds a sense of community within the complex, retains our valued tenants, and helps mentor the Park Tower team.

In his spare time, James likes to tinker with cars, entertain friends and family, search for Auckland’s best Date Scone and get out on the Waitemata harbour.

Amanda has been living in New Zealand for over 20 years and has a strong background in several large service-based companies. Her hospitality experience has allowed her to develop great people and organizational skills that she now applies to property management. Over several years working as a property manager, the experience has given her the ability to communicate effectively and to provide excellent organisational support.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin, she has the ability to add value to customers’ investment and maximise their returns over time. Amanda is passionate about our industry and is highly committed to providing an incredible experience to her clients.

Bo has been in the property management industry since 2002 and has a real passion for property. Having her own investment residential properties to manage in the past, she knew she could put these skills to use for many other property owners.

Bo has an ability to communicate with people from all walks of life which helps to create a great rapport with landlords, contractors and tenants alike. She is highly organised, multi-tasks extremely well, and is able to meet shifting priorities while remaining calm and productive under pressure.  Taking the hassle out of managing your property so you don’t have to.

In her spare time she enjoys hanging out with her 2 dogs, cooking great food and spending time with family and friends.

Bradley started his career in hospitality as a management trainee and has worked in hotel management, marketing and finally property management, where he has found his passion.

Bradley started his property management journey in 2017, with experience in building management and Body Corporate management, providing him with a vast knowledge of everything property. Charles is a part of our dedicated homes team for Build-to-Rent projects. With a background in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration, he brings a wealth of experience and skills to his role. Before joining us, Charles worked for a motor car company in Korea and then went on to become a Korean teacher at schools in New Zealand. For 25 years, Charles engaged in exchange programs between Korea and New Zealand.

As a Property Management assistant at Park Tower, Charles is committed to providing excellent customer service and takes a personalised approach in looking after the tenants. His warm and friendly manner makes tenants feel welcome and valued, and his dedication to his role is evident in the way he treats each tenant with care and respect. Charles' exceptional communication and problem-solving skills make him an integral part of our team, earning him a great reputation amongst the Park Tower community.

Cherry has been working for Crockers since 2018 and thoroughly enjoys the challenge of being a property manager.

She helps landlords achieve a trouble-free investment with good return and she has a great sense of the property market, understanding what is important for all landlords regarding their investment.

Deyna has been working in Property Management for nearly 20 years and prior to starting at Crockers took time off to travel and live overseas for 3 years.

She started at Crockers in 2009 and loved the office atmosphere and comradery between her peers, it made coming to work an enjoyable experience. Her main role has been as a Property Manager but has also had roles in Reception, when she worked part-time after starting her family. She was then lucky enough to come back into the Property Management department once her children started school.

Property Management is a very busy industry where you have to remain calm, focused and organised. Deyna is that and more! She strives to do her best for both the Landlord and the tenant and believes that all people need to be treated with respect and dignity.

Deyna really identifies with this saying "Honesty is our policy and that's the truth."

Heather has been a major team player at Crockers since 2001 and prior to this held many varied work experiences, ranging from computer programming, social work to teaching.

She loves the variety and flexibility this role offers and also the fascinating diversity of people she gets to interact with in Auckland's property market.

What Heather enjoys after hours is summer weekends away sailing or tramping in remote areas.

When it comes to Property Management, experience and knowledge are key. Irfan started in the real estate industry back in 2013 and has picked up a wealth of experience and knowledge, particularly in the Auckland area. He also has a background in business management, having previously enjoyed roles within a large organisation.

His down-to-earth nature, outstanding work ethic, friendly can-do attitude, and organisational skills are all characteristics that contribute to his current role.

Irfan's experience with getting the right message in front of the right people is very helpful when it comes to marketing and matching the right tenants to the right properties. He is proud of his attention to detail and believes it is this, along with his high standards, that makes him an asset to his property owners. Irfan is results driven; meaning he always strives to achieve the best result for his clients.

In his free time, Irfan does a lot of community work with many non-profit organisations. He also coaches multiple football teams in Auckland.

Jay joined Crockers in 2012 where she started out in our Body Corporate division and stayed in that role for a couple of years. When an opportunity opened up for a  Property Manager Jay jumped at the chance, this is where Jay's true calling was. She is a great property manager and works well with both the landlords and tenants she deals with.

The best part of the role is the variety, finding that no two days are the same. The role can often be challenging but Jay has the right temperament and gets things done... She loves the work she does and finds it really rewarding.

Ji joined Crockers in 2016 and has been in the Property Management industry for over 10 years.

Ji’s strengths lie in being able to build trusted relationships with landlords, tenants, and trade suppliers. She is always looking for new and improved ways to raise the standard of managing investment properties. She understands the complexities of property management and she thrives on the challenges and rewards associated with this industry.

Ji is a proud Korean-born Kiwi and in her spare time, she lives a busy lifestyle raising her 2 energetic young boys.

Kathy finished her bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 2015 at Jinan University, Guangzhou. The four years of study has set her up with great skills for management. After her graduation, she moved to New Zealand to start her new life.

Kathy has been living in Auckland for six years and knows the city well. For the past few years she has been working in the Airbnb sector which has helped her gain an overview insight into the industry and knows the trend of the market.

She has now chosen a path in property management which she is embracing. Kathy always has an open mind for new challenges and is never afraid of change. Her hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to her most recent success. She will be a reliable and trustworthy friend to her clients.

With nearly five years of experience in the property management industry, including time at other well-known companies, Kyle was drawn to this field by the opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life and to make a real difference in their rental experience.

Strong communication is a core value they live by. Being clear, responsive, and approachable is key to building trust with both landlords and tenants. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, he is able to support a diverse range of clients and ensure that nothing gets lost in translation.

Outside of work, they enjoy playing badminton each week and spending quality time with their children – watching them grow is one of their greatest joys.

Kyra has been working at Crockers since 2015 and during this time she has been fortunate enough to have worked in various roles within the company. Kyra found her calling in Property Management where she loves the variety this role brings, where no two days are the same.

Laura joined Crockers in November 2025, bringing a rich blend of international experience and a genuine passion for people. Lilly joined Crockers as a Property Manager in 2024 where she brings with her plenty of hands-on experience in property management. In 2020, Lilly seamlessly transitioned into property management after being previously entrenched in the realms of accounting and bookkeeping. Her knowledge of working with numbers and great organisational skills have been pivotal in navigating the intricacies of the field.

Having spent more than half of her life in New Zealand, Lilly proudly identifies as a Chinese Kiwi. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, her multilingual proficiency enhances her ability to communicate effectively in diverse settings. Lilly is passionate about leveraging her unique skill set to contribute meaningfully to the realm of property management at Crockers. Outside of work, Lilly enjoys exploring diverse cuisines with family and friends, savouring gourmet dishes from various cultures. She also finds joy in nurturing indoor plants, and tending to her green companions with care and dedication.

Loren joined Crockers Property Management team in 2022 and has been working in the property management industry since 2020. She holds her Property Management qualification through REINZ and, with a genuine passion for all things property, brings both professional experience and personal insight to her role, having owned properties herself.

She understands the importance of providing exceptional service to both landlords and home occupiers and takes pride in building strong relationships, being proactive, and helping properties achieve their full potential. Loren’s hands-on experience as a property owner allows her to understand the needs and expectations of her clients from both sides.

Outside of work, Loren enjoys spending quality time with her little family. She loves exploring beautiful Auckland with her son and daughter, who are just a year apart, creating memories, and making the most of every adventure. You will also find her out on the boat, enjoying time on the water, fishing, and making the most of everything Auckland has to offer.

Mike has been working in the Property Management industry for over 19 years and joined Crockers in 2004. He is an honest and straight-talking Property Manager who believes that communicating with both landlords and tenants is paramount to achieve the best outcomes.

Nick comes from a construction background, having been in the property industry since 2007, where he achieved a double major degree in Statistics and Economics from the University of Auckland.

With years of management experience, both locally and overseas, Nick understands that communication is the key to success. He is passionate about building a trustworthy relationship with his clients, not only through his knowledge, but also through his can-do attitude.

Rachael has over 10 years of experience in Property Management and her portfolio includes properties Auckland wide and she enjoys the diversity of dealing with people from all walks of life.   Rachael holds a New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management. She is extremely organised, always reliable and hardworking.  She is dedicated to ensuring landlords are kept informed and their property is in trusted hands and her tenants are always treated fairly. 

Recently moving from the suburbs to enjoy a rural lifestyle she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Rebecca has been employed at Crockers since 2006, and really enjoys being part of the busy inner-city team. She previously worked as a property manager in London, and found the difference in legislation between each country to be huge.

As an overseas owner who has recently sold my Auckland studio apartment I'm pleased to recommend Rebecca Lockyer, Property Manager - Central City Specialist at Crockers' Property Management Ltd as a capable and highly committed professional.

Rebecca has efficiently managed my rental apartment from June 2006 to June 2015 (with an approximate 18-month break in between). Patricia Taylor

Robin has been living in New Zealand since 2003. He loves to travel and explore the world. Actually, he loves to travel so much that he decided to spend more time in New Zealand working in the property industry.

Prior to this, Robin worked for a world-famous luxury hotel as a hotel manager for about 5 years.  This work experience gave him strong people skills, attention to detail and a can-do attitude, hence he was easily employed by Crockers in 2018.

Robin started as a junior property manager and managed to grow his portfolio to a senior level in 2 years. Robin comes from an accounting background so he knows his number. He is also fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Sam joined Crockers in 2025 and enjoys being part of a supportive and experienced team. As a Property Manager, he focuses on clear communication, problem-solving, and delivering great service to both landlords and tenants.

He has worked in the property industry since 2016, starting with short-term rentals like Airbnb before transitioning into long-term residential management. Having lived in New Zealand for 13 years, Sam holds a Hotel Management degree from AUT, which shaped his professional, responsive, and people-focused approach to customer service.

What drives Sam is helping clients feel confident that their property is in good hands. He brings calm, attention to detail, and a solutions-first mindset to every situation.

Sam has been at Crockers since 2022. She has found a passion for Property Management, building connections and trust with the people she meets every day.  With past experiences in retail sales and retail management, Sam is accustomed to the hustle and bustle of people management and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to being successful in her role as a property manager, Sam leads a fulfilling and active personal life. During her downtime, she can often be found spending quality time with her beloved dog, exploring new travel destinations, or simply relaxing and unwinding with her loved ones.

Jeanne joined Crockers in 2025 as a part-time Assistant Property Manager for Park Tower, while studying Communication at AUT.

As a second-year university student, she brings strong organisational skills and a fresh perspective to the team. She is always keen to expand her knowledge and skills.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending time at the beach.

Pippa joined Crockers in 2026 as an Assistant Property Manager for Park Tower. She is currently studying Property at the University of Auckland and has a genuine passion for the industry.

She is particularly interested in the day-to-day management of properties and enjoys building strong relationships with tenants while ensuring that operations run smoothly.

Pippa takes pride in being reliable, approachable, and proactive, and is committed to delivering high-quality service while continuing to learn and grow within the industry.

Rita joined Crockers in 2025 as an Assistant Property Manager for Park Tower, where she enjoys problem-solving and interacting with the variety of tenants who stay at the complex. This role presents a significant opportunity for her to gain knowledge and experience in property management, expanding her skillset and professional expertise.

Rita is studying Applied Physics and Finance at the University of Auckland. She has a strong focus on efficiency and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service with a keen eye for detail.

Outside of work and studies, she enjoys figure skating, as well as watching basketball and tennis matches.
