You can log a request anytime using our 24/7 Concierge Maintenance system, powered by TAPI. It is a quick and user-friendly way to let us know what needs fixing. You can upload photos or videos, describe the issue clearly, and TAPI will guide you through the process step by step.
Privacy notice: When you submit a maintenance request via Tapi, your personal information (including your name, contact details, and property information) is collected by Tapi on behalf of Crockers and shared with us to manage your request. This information is held by both Tapi (tapihq.com) and Crockers Property Management Ltd, 35 Hurstmere Road, Takapuna, Auckland. Providing this information is not required by law but is necessary to action your request. You have the right to access and correct your information - contact our Privacy Officer or see our full Privacy Policy.
After submitting your request, TAPI will confirm your details, ask a few questions to better understand the issue, and may suggest common troubleshooting tips. If the situation is deemed urgent, Tapi will advise you to also contact your property manager, or call our emergency after-hours line. If it is not urgent, your request will be sent to your Property Manager to arrange repairs on the next working day.
