Joe has been part of our team since 2009. He started as a Property Manager and has since risen through the ranks, taking on roles as Team Leader and General Manager. Joe is currently at the helm of the largest single office property management company in New Zealand.

Thanks to his extensive knowledge in all aspects of Property Management, Joe has been instrumental in driving a transformation of our core business. By leveraging people, processes, structure, and systems, he's helped us achieve success and growth in a rapidly evolving market. Joe's focus on ensuring all key business components support each other has resulted in improved internal efficiencies, increased transparency of target tracking and achievement, and higher levels of service for our clients.

Joe's leadership and expertise have been invaluable in guiding our team and helping us to achieve our goals. We're proud to have him as part of the Crockers whānau, and we look forward to many more years of his guidance and leadership.

Sanah joined Crockers Property Group in 2024 as Head of Commercial for the Property Management team. With a diverse profession spanning various roles within the Commercial Real Estate industry, she has accumulated extensive knowledge and expertise throughout her career. Her experience includes managing high-profile assets such as The Vero Centre and Sylvia Park.

Sanah began her career in the Facilities Services sector at SkyCity Entertainment Group before earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Property. Along the way, she has gained invaluable mentorship and built a strong foundation within the field. Committed to fostering a robust team culture, she has sharpened her leadership skills to effectively guide her team.

As a real estate investor herself, Sanah has a deep understanding of the rewards and challenges faced by clients, and she is dedicated to building long-term relationships through exceptional service.

In her spare time, Sanah occasionally takes to the skies, making the most of her pilot’s license. When she’s not flying, she enjoys quality time with family and friends.

Cameron is our Project Manager and sits within the Commercial Property Management Team, his background being in construction, logistics, leasing and property management. Having joined the team in 2021, Cameron has since grown into the Project Management role and currently oversees commercial developments as well as managing the portfolio of the company's owner.
