Evania joined the vibrant and motivated Crockers team in 2022. She holds a professional background in Building Management and has seamlessly transferred the skills she has acquired in her previous roles to Body Corporate Management. Her ability to prioritize, achieve targets, and maintain a high level of accuracy, is apparent.

As a Body Corporate Account Manager, she enjoys meeting people, developing positive relationships, and facilitating the day-to-day running of the properties within her portfolio. This requires a high level of confidence, flexibility, communication, and negotiation skills. Evania’s high work ethic; integrity, trust, and commitment to her clients are most important to her.

She loves the challenges her role brings and enjoys that no two days are ever the same. Evania understands her clients and is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for them.

Since starting at Crockers, Evania has become passionately interested in the industry and has a huge appreciation of the complexities involved in managing a portfolio of properties. She enjoys different training programs where she can learn more. This Crocker initiative ensures she is supported by her team leader and colleagues and provides her with continuous training and professional and personal development opportunities.
