Terms and Conditions – Free Premium Marketing Package Offer

1. Promotional Period

This offer is available to eligible new clients who sign a property management agreement with Crockers Property Group between 27 May 2025 and 30 June 2025, inclusive.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for the Free Premium Marketing Package, clients must:

• Be a private residential landlord with a property located within the Auckland region.

• Sign a new property management agreement with Crockers during the promotional period.

• List the property for rent with Crockers as the exclusive property manager.
  
  

3. Offer Details

The Free Premium Marketing Package includes the following services:

• Healthy Homes Assessment

• Professional Property Photography

• Trade Me Gold Package Listing

• Premium Listing on Realestate.co.nz

• 'For Rent' Signboard (where appropriate and permitted)

Total package value is estimated at over $600 (incl. GST). No cash alternative or substitutions will be provided.

4. Conditions

• This offer is not available to existing clients or for properties currently under management with Crockers.

• One Free Premium Marketing Package is available per eligible property.

• Services included in the package must be used as part of the initial listing process and cannot be deferred or transferred.

• Early Termination: Where a landlord cancels the management agreement or withdraws the property from market shortly after signing, Crockers may invoice the landlord for any third-party costs incurred as part of this promotional offer.

5. Availability

This offer is subject to availability of service providers and may be amended or withdrawn at Crockers’ sole discretion without prior notice.
