When will I receive my lease agreement?
You’ll receive your lease agreement when you sign and collect your keys. If not, contact your Property Manager right away.

What is a Condition & Chattels (Inspection) Report and do I need to complete it?
Yes. You’ll be given a report at or before move-in. You have 7 days to review, add comments/photos, and return one signed copy to your Property Manager.

Are utilities (power, water, internet etc) included in my rent?
Unless specifically included in your tenancy, no. You’ll need to set up your own accounts ASAP to avoid disconnection.

Where do I collect the keys when I move in?
Keys will be available from Crockers’ office unless otherwise arranged. Your Property Manager will confirm the pickup location.
