What length of tenancy should I expect to sign up for?

The tenancy term will be outlined in your offer of tenancy. Typically, the initial term is 12 months. If you're interested in a longer term, feel free to ask — we’re happy to discuss this with the owner. Please note, most tenancies continue beyond the initial term, provided everything is going well.
How much do we need to pay once we’re accepted?

Once your application is approved, you’ll usually need to pay 1 week’s rent in advance along with a bond of four weeks’ rent. Payment is generally due overnight to secure the property and allow us to notify other applicants.
How does the application process work?

After viewing the property, you can submit your application through our website. This allows you to upload references, ID, and any other supporting documents.

Applications are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours. If you're successful — congratulations! You’ll then be required to pay a deposit to secure the property. Once the deposit is received, a legal tenancy is in place.
