Robbie can provide month-end and year-end owner statements, copies of invoices such as water charges, a full invoice report covering all charges since the start of a tenancy, and a copy of the tenancy agreement or the names listed on it.
Robbie can also tell you how much rent or other charges are outstanding, when a tenancy ends, rent increase details including the date and amount, inspection frequency and next inspection due date, and when the next rent review is expected.
Body Corporate
For Body Corporate Owners, Robbie can provide copies of Budgets, Financial Statements, the Complex Rules, Long-Term Maintenance Plans, and Meeting Minutes from AGMs, EGMs, and Committee meetings.
Robbie can also provide your current levy balance, a copy of unpaid levy invoices, contact details for your insurance broker, account manager, and building manager, and your unit's ownership interest and utility interest figures.
