Victor Jamieson
General Manager - Body CorporateVictor joined Crockers in February 2020 having previously held senior management roles leading trans-Tasman operations teams of up to 150 FTE and also trans-Tasman sales teams. Victor is passionate about people and really enjoys meeting new people and hearing their story. Victor considers it a privilege to be entrusted to assist with the management of bodies corporate and as such his goal is to work closely with clients to provide them with positive experiences and a service that we can all be proud of.
Victor has a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Finance and a Masters of Business Administration. In his spare time Victor enjoys time with his family, playing sport and trying new adventures.

Shanon Aitken
General Manager - Business Development & MarketingShanon is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the property management industry. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Property Management, which he pursued while simultaneously working full time over the course of several years. Additionally, Shanon possesses a Bachelor of Applied Science degree, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning.
Shanon has had an impressive journey at Crockers Property Group since joining in 2007. Starting as a property manager, he has consistently demonstrated his dedication and expertise, steadily progressing within the company. Over the years, Shanon has excelled in various roles within the Property Management and Body Corporate teams. At present, Shanon oversees the Crocker Group's Residential, Commercial Property Management, and Body Corporate New Business and Marketing Teams. Leveraging his extensive knowledge and experience, he plays a crucial role in driving growth and attaining outstanding outcomes for the wider company.
One of Shanon's notable strengths lies in his understanding of the New Zealand property market. Having weathered its booms and busts, he has gained invaluable insights into the dynamics and intricacies of the property landscape. Shanon's expertise extends to the Unit Titles and the Residential Tenancies Act, underscoring his comprehensive knowledge of the legal frameworks governing the industry.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Shanon finds great joy in spending quality time with his family. He cherishes these moments and embraces his role as a dedicated family man. Additionally, Shanon is an ardent BBQ enthusiast, displaying his passion for cooking and creating delicious culinary experiences.

Jane Atkin
Regional Manager – South Island & Key Account ManagerJane has been with Crockers since 2006 working as part of the Body Corporate Team. Initially starting as an Account Manager in Auckland, moving to Senior Account Manager, Team Manager and then finally becoming the General Manager.
More recently Jane has relocated to the South Island as the Regional Manager of the South Island & Key Accounts. She still retains a small number of clients within the North Island whilst focusing on growing Crockers Body Corporate in the South Island Management.
Jane is thoroughly enjoying all the South Island has to offer from both a business and personal perspective. Being exposed to fantastic scenery, enjoying the wonderful walking and biking tracks that the South Island has to offer and meeting lots of amazing people. She is looking forward to the opportunity to not only manage but grow the Crockers Brand.

Jessica Glover
Senior Business Development ManagerSince joining Crockers in 2016, Jessica say's she feels lucky to be part of a team of passionate, experienced (and fun!) individuals who take so much pride in ensuring that our clients are provided the highest standard of service.
As Senior Business Development Manager for our Body Corporate division, she thrives on building relationships with Developers, as well as educating existing Body Corporates on how their complexes can be better managed should they choose to come on board with us.
Jessica loves working with Developers in the early stages of their new development. Providing advice and working with them throughout the pre-sale and construction stages right through to completion. She admits it's so exciting to see their concept plans come to fruition and it’s even better knowing that Crockers played a part in their success.
Her career background has mostly been in executive administration roles within the construction industry and the skills she has obtained has set her in good stead for working with, and assisting, her clients today.
On a personal level, she is a born and bred Kiwi and simply loves the country we live in. She takes any opportunity to explore our land and sea and has a great passion for fishing, hiking and swimming and loves spending time with her family.
Jessica does what she can to ‘give back’ and donates her time and money to various charities, her favourite being the SPCA. She's a bit of an adrenaline junky and enjoys the odd bungy jump, skydive and the thrill of a good roller coaster. Aside from that, she does her best to travel overseas at least once a year. It’s very hard to shake that travel bug once you’ve had a taste for it. But it’s those adventures and experiences that make her appreciate NZ even more.

Leon Ma
Senior Business Development ManagerLeon started his career in property in the construction industry working for a Chinese state-owned construction company. Since moving back to Auckland he has continued in the property industry, joining Crockers Property as the Business Development Manager.
As a Residential Property Investor himself he understands the service owners require and is passionate about ensuring they receive it. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, he understands that speaking multiple languages is of great benefit to both landlords and tenants especially in the Auckland market which has a large diverse population from many different cultural backgrounds.

Naomi Tafea
Business Development ManagerNaomi is a seasoned professional in the Body Corporate Industry, with her first role starting in 2017. She began her journey at Crockers in 2018 and quickly found her niche in the Business Development team. Her passion for building relationships with clients and finding solutions to their problems quickly propelled her into a more senior role within the company.
In 2021, Naomi decided to spread her wings and moved to Australia to take up a position as an Account Manager. Her time in Australia was a huge success, and she gained invaluable experience working in a new market. However, when a new opportunity arose at Crockers, she jumped at the chance to return to her old stomping ground and continue her career in New Zealand.
Naomi's experience and skills have been instrumental in the success of Crockers' Business Development team. She has an unwavering dedication to her clients and always goes above and beyond to ensure their needs are met. Her ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions to complex problems is truly impressive.
When she's not at work, Naomi loves to spend time with her family and friends. She's a huge sports fan and loves nothing more than a game of indoor netball. Naomi's passion for life and commitment to excellence make her a valuable member of the Crockers team.

Omair Adil
Business Development ManagerOmair began his journey with Crockers in March 2021, initially joining our Body Corporate team as an Account Manager. He has since progressed to become a valuable member of our New Business team, enriching the team with his extensive knowledge and skills.
Having come from a travel background where he worked with one of the largest travel companies in the world, managing relationships with 100+ hotels across NZ. He built strong ties with regional tourism organisations and travel marketing companies, helping promote the regions to domestic and international travellers. He has worked in the FMCG, fashion and travel industries before the allure of the property market attracted him to join Crockers.
His experience working with hotel managements across the North Island, his passion to provide an excellent client experience and his unique problem-solving skills have already set him up for success in this role.
He spends his spare time with his 3 beautiful daughters and enjoys playing cricket during the summers. Coming from a travel background he, naturally, enjoys travelling and soaking in the cultures of different countries.

Alana Augustino
Team ManagerAlana has been in the body corporate industry as an account manager since 2004. With her extensive experience and knowledge, she is well versed in the Unit Titles Act & Regulations and body corporate relationships.
She understands the requirements and dynamics of bodies corporate which enables her to quickly assess what is required and action accordingly so that you and your body corporate receive the highest standard of service.
Outside of work, Alana enjoys spending time with family and friends, and catching up on the odd forensic crime drama!

Anna Song
Team ManagerBorn in China, I moved to NZ in 2000. I love living in Auckland - great multicultural city, love the beaches, fantastic restaurants.... always something to do.
I have a background in Body Corporate and completed my degree; Bachelor of Property at the University of Auckland. My portfolio is a mixture of residential, commercial, low rise, high rise, CBD and suburban Auckland properties as well as other areas in New Zealand. My speciality area of expertise is managing bodies corporate which are layered unit title developments. I have been part of the team at Crockers since May 2008 and enjoy working with the mixture of people I get to meet and speak to on a daily basis. No one day is ever the same and I love the challenges my role brings.
In my spare time, I like to spend time with family and catch up with friends.

Anzelle Cloete
Team ManagerHi, I'm Anzelle. I am a seasoned professional with over 19 years of experience in the property industry, specialising in Body Corporate Management.
I obtained my New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4) in 2021. My background also includes co-owning a property rental business.
In my spare time, I enjoy exercising and exploring hiking trails and holiday destinations throughout New Zealand.

Ashneeta Prakash
Team ManagerAshneeta is originally from the beautiful tropical country Fiji and New Zealand has been home for her since she was 16 years old.
Ashneeta started her journey with Crockers in May 2016 as an Account Manager Support. Her excellent communication skills & positive approach to management quickly saw her being promoted to be an Account Manager. This role requires a range of skills, knowledge and understanding which Ashneeta has attained over the years. Ashneeta thrives on challenges and ensures everyday is a good day to deliver excellent service. Her positive and can do attitude has recently seen her being promoted to a Senior Account Manager role taking on more diverse and exciting new properties and manages a range of both residential and commercial properties.
Outside of work, Ashneeta loves baking and decorating exclusive cakes, karaoke, travelling and most importantly enjoys spending time with her family.

Sue Rubanand
Team ManagerSue moved to New Zealand with her family from South Africa in 2008. She has a BCom(HR) Degree and has been working with Bodies Corporate since she moved to New Zealand. She joined Crockers in 2016 and has since managed residential and commercial bodies corporates in both Auckland and Wellington. Sue now leads, supports, and develops a team of Account Managers, who she is very proud of. She loves the challenges her role brings and enjoys that no two days are ever the same.
Sue spends her spare time with family and friends. She enjoys going out for long walks, visiting new places, yoga and meditation.

Natasha Laus
Operations ManagerNatasha joined Crockers in 2016 as an Operations Manager in our Body Corporate division having come from 16 years in the banking and finance industry. In these previous sectors, she was lucky enough to gain knowledge and skills from working in many different areas of a major bank which included retail, business, migrant and transformational banking. Her current role is challenging, fast-paced and rewarding and no day is the same.
Natasha enjoys interacting with both our clients and colleagues as part of her role and leading our talented body corporate client care team certainly keeps her busy. Natasha brings to the role a passion for coaching and development, solutions-based thinking and change management.
Outside of the office, Natasha enjoys travel, family time and running a small rural farm with cows, Kune Kune pigs, 3 dogs and 1 cat.

Adriana Botha
Senior Account ManagerSince joining Crockers in 2019, Adriana has been part of a team of like-minded individuals who are not only passionate about the property industry but are proud to deliver the best client service.
Her love for the property industry started many years ago in South Africa, and her vast experience in different property sectors, contribute to an overall knowledge of the industry.
As a Senior Account Manager for our Body Corporate division, Adriana likes building relationships with her Committees and owners and supporting them with all property-related matters.
On a personal note, even though she was born in Argentina, grew up, and spent most of her life in South Africa, New Zealand is her home, which she adores.

Alistair Young
Senior Account ManagerAlistair obtained his Conjoint Bachelors Degree in Property and Arts in 2012 from the University of Auckland, and has since been working in the property industry.
He then began working with Auckland Council in acquisitions and disposals, before moving into the world of bodies corporate in 2014.
Alistair is able to draw on his knowledge of property in order to assist his client bodies corporate to achieve their goals. He finds the industry requires knowledge and experience in various fields, including regulatory and legal requirements, building construction and maintenance, accounting, and finance.
Since joining Crockers in 2018 Alistair has moved into the role of Team Manager. He manages a varied portfolio including residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings, as well as some undergoing remedial projects. Alistair also draws on his experience to support other staff members.
In his spare time Alistair enjoys hitting the gym, practising Spanish, and learning new things.

Angela Storr
Senior Account ManagerAngela Storr joined Crockers in 2023 and has over 18 years of experience working with Bodies Corporate, Association Management, and all aspects of Weather tightness repairs and litigation. A strong background in Management and Customer Service ensures that her professionalism and can-do attitude is unsurpassed.
As a Senior Account Manager for our Body Corporate division, Angela prioritises strong professional relationships with Committees and owners alike and has a very good grasp of general legislation, The Unit Titles Act 2010, and Unit Titles Regulations 2011.
In her spare time, Angela enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Babette Yearbury
Senior Account ManagerWith over ten years in Body Corporate management and extensive knowledge of the Unit Titles Act, Babette prides herself in being a good communicator and handling complex issues with confidence. As a Senior Account Manager, she enjoys building strong relationships with her clients and offers practical advice and solutions to challenges.
Babette joined Crockers in 2008 and is proud to be part of such a committed and supportive team.

Elle King
Senior Account ManagerI have worked in the Real Estate industry for over 15 years. Moving recently from property management to body corporate account management, I bring with me a wealth of people and property skills.
It is a pleasure to work with a passionate and people focused company that strives to provide excellent service every day. I am finding the more I learn about body corporate the more I love my position. There is never two days the same which makes for an interesting work life.
On a personal note I enjoy getting out in the fresh air for walking my dog, running and bootcamp and spending time with my beautiful family and friends.

Laura Jones
Senior Account ManagerLaura joined the vibrant and motivated Crockers team in 2019. She holds a professional background in Freight & Logistics and Compliance, and has seamlessly transferred the skills she has acquired in her previous roles to Body Corporate Management. Her ability to prioritise, achieve targets, and maintain a high level of accuracy, is apparent.
As a Body Corporate Senior Account Manager she enjoys meeting people, developing positive relationships and facilitating the day to day running of the properties within her portfolio. This requires a high level of confidence, flexibility, communication, and negotiation skills. Laura’s high work ethic; integrity, trust and commitment to her clients are most important to her.
Since starting at Crockers Laura has become passionately interested in the industry and has a huge appreciation of the complexities involved in managing a portfolio of properties. Exceptional, professional, and intensive initial and ongoing inhouse training means that Laura’s knowledge of the property industry is well established and continues to grow. This Crockers initiative ensures she is supported by her team leader and colleagues and provides her with continuous training and professional and personal development opportunities.
Life outside of work is busy and fun for Laura, she enjoys spending time with her two children and socialising with family and friends.

Sumeet Tanwar
Senior Account ManagerSumeet’s career background has mostly been in the property industry, where he has worked in building and facilities management for over 7 years. With his extensive experience and knowledge, he is well versed in compliance, building laws and body corporate relationships.
He understands the requirements and dynamics of bodies corporate which enables him to quickly assess what is required and action accordingly so that you and your body corporate receive the highest standard of service.
He deeply understands the need of working diligently with his clients, developing positive and meaningful relationships and most importantly effectively educating all his clients on all aspects and dynamics of Bodies Corporate.
His expertise and skills in relationship management, effective communication and being flexible and accommodating at all necessary times allows him to effectively facilitate the day to day operations of all his properties. Gaining his clients trust while delivering and exceeding their expectations is of paramount importance to him.
Outside of work he spends time socialising with family and friends and also exploring our wonderful scenery of Aotearoa whenever possible. He also enjoys occasional cooking sessions and going out for long evening running and walk sessions.

Abrie Heystek
Account ManagerAbrie Heystek joined the Crockers Body Corporate team in 2024 as an account manager. He recently immigrated from South Africa with his family, where he worked as a solicitor for the last 20 years.
Prior to this, Abrie was employed as a fund manager in South Africa, where he gained exceptional experience in sales, marketing, and accounting. Not only does he hold a law degree but multiple certificates in marketing and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from North-West University S.A. During his time as a solicitor, he mostly dealt with corporate clients, where he managed those accounts with great success and achievements and even developed his own accounting software for his practice.
In his spare time, he loves relaxing with woodwork and spending valuable time with his family discovering New Zealand.

Alisha Tanwar
Account ManagerAlisha joined Crockers in July 2024 as an Account Manager within our Body Corporate team. She immediately embraced Crockers' friendly workplace culture, finding great joy in the camaraderie, supportive training, and engaging social events.
As an Account Manager, Alisha is wholeheartedly committed to making life easier for Body Corporate members. She provides exceptional support by managing the administrative functions of the Body Corporate, ensuring smooth operations and seamless communication. Alisha is dedicated to creating a positive experience for every member while maintaining the highest level of integrity.
Alisha is passionate about understanding the complexities of the Body Corporate industry, especially the challenges owners face and the intricate legislation that governs their management. Allan Zhou
Account ManagerAllan holds a Bachelor of Property and Bachelor of Commerce (Majors: Commercial Law and International Business) conjoint degree from The University of Auckland. He previously worked in student accommodation before joining the Crockers Body Corporate Team in 2019.
Allan has worked with a wide range of Bodies Corporate, Cross Leases, and Resident Societies. He is knowledgeable and a great communicator. Allan understands his clients and is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for them. He also speaks Mandarin.
Outside of work, he enjoys travelling and cooking.

Annalise Xiao

Coralie Straughan
Account ManagerCoralie joined the Crockers Body Corporate Management team as an Account Manager in 2024, coming from a varied career in Facilities and Business Management. The skills she has gained over the years fit perfectly into the responsibilities of an Account Manager and helps provide the best possible service for her Body Corporates.
Coralie enjoys problem-solving and will dig until she gets to the bottom of seemingly complex situations, so that she is able to provide her BC’s with transparent and accurate information.
Outside of the office, Coralie enjoys spending time with her family, walks on the beach with her two dogs, and travelling when she gets the chance.

Daniella Aumua
Account ManagerSince joining Crockers as an Account Manager in 2021, Daniella enjoys developing relationships within her team and with the clients she comes across.
Her career background has been in business development sales roles within the freight industry. She aims to make your life easier by taking care of the administrative functions of the Body Corporate with her key values being integrity, empathy and efficiency.
Daniella has an accommodating manner and works diligently to serve clients. She is passionate about what she does and loves being a part of such a great team here at Crockers.
She really enjoys educating new and existing Body Corporates, so they run effectively and proficiently.
In her spare time, she likes spending time with friends and family, getting outside and enjoying our beautiful country.

Dipesh Marwah
Account ManagerDipesh joined Crockers in May 2025 as an Account Manager in the Body Corporate team, based in Auckland.
He brings over 16 years of experience in the financial services industry, having worked across retail, business, and wealth management. Throughout his career, Dipesh has held both leadership and advisory roles, supporting clients in growing and protecting their wealth with a strong focus on long-term financial wellbeing. Prior to his career in finance, he spent seven years in hospitality management, where he developed a strong foundation in customer service and team leadership.
Known for his client-centric approach, Dipesh is passionate about delivering exceptional service. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, entertainment, mindfulness, and spending time with family and friends.

Donna Postlewaight
Account ManagerAfter many years as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant Donna joined Crockers in early 2019 as an Account Manager and has never looked back. Her role is varied, challenging, rewarding and she enjoys that she is continuously learning and growing. Donna really enjoys meeting new people through body corporates and is passionate about trying to make their lives easier within their body corporate communities. Donna really enjoys working with her team at Crockers and highlights how supportive the team are of each other, with everyone happy to share their various degrees of knowledge from across the business.
In her spare time, Donna runs around after her daughter between dancing, athletics and soccer, but she loves it! Every Saturday Donna also tag teams with another carer to provide 5 hours of care for a young boy and his little sister who both have ADHD, which means their parents can have a break. When Donna has time for herself, she loves to potter in her garden, read, swim, walk and just relax.

Evania Fernandes

Hacel Almodovar
Account ManagerHacel joined the Crockers Body Corporate team in October 2022 as an Account Manager, bringing with her over 12 years customer service experience in various industries.
Hacel has excellent communication skills and a good eye for detail. Her strong work ethic and dedication to supporting our clients, sees Hacel being a valuable member of our team.

Jerahmeel Cortez
Account ManagerJerahmeel joined the dynamic Crockers team in 2021. He started in Client Care where he worked his way to a Senior position, assisting his team to achieve goals and milestones by working efficiently and proactively with the clients and the entire team. Always looking to better himself, Jerahmeel has now progressed further into the role of Account Manager.
His enthusiasm to work has grown exponentially throughout the years and he has found a deep sense of belonging in the body corporate industry. His tourism and customer service background has enabled him to be more confident and has proven him highly qualified on dealing with various client concerns in a timely and organised manner. For him, handling challenging situations is not just a responsibility, but also enjoyable and rewarding.
Being an account manager highlights Jerahmeel’s passion for building good relationships with clients and working with a diverse team of talents with a wide range of skill sets. He also loves the strong values Crockers promote, including the opportunity to learn and grow within the company.
In his downtime, Jerahmeel enjoys travelling our beautiful country, reading books, catching up with friends, and dabbling in a bit of photography.

John Santos
Account ManagerJohn is your go-to guy, due to his vast experience with roles ranging from property development, construction, property management and now an account manager in body corporate, John has the property industry knowledge covered.
He values both the client relationship side of the property sector, along with the technical side. John also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and a Diploma in Business Management.
He has a keen eye for detail, is well organized, and prides himself on a solutions-based approach to tasks set before him. John joined Crockers in 2019 and has been a very valuable member of the Body Corporate Team ever since.
Outside of work John enjoys travelling, exploring the wonderful landscapes of Aotearoa, and serving at their local Church.

Kate Dixon
Account ManagerKate joined Crockers in 2019 and brings with her experience in facilities management, residential sales and leasing along with body corporate management combining two of her favourite things, people and property.
In her spare time, Kate also works with Les Mills as a group fitness instructor.

Katherine Jariel
Account ManagerKatherine is all about staying true to herself. She joined Crockers in January 2025 as an Account Manager for our Body Corporate team, bringing a wealth of experience from her long career in real estate and property.
Originally from the Philippines, Katherine moved to New Zealand in 1991. Armed with a marketing degree, she has carved out a successful career in the property sector. Known for her friendly, efficient approach, Katherine is dedicated to providing exceptional service and finding practical solutions for her clients. She thrives on the variety and challenges her role brings and enjoys working alongside a team that is focused on achieving goals and delivering outstanding service.
With a strong background in property and real estate, Katherine has an impressive ability to quickly assess situations and identify the best path forward. She has an eye for detail, excels at building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and thrives in fast-paced environments. Her upbeat personality and willingness to go above and beyond make her a valuable addition to any team.
Outside of work, Katherine enjoys spending time with family and friends from around the world. She loves to balance her passion for shopping (with a collection of over 200+ handbags, she’s a self-confessed shopaholic!) with discovering new dining spots in town (she’s a true foodie!). Katherine also has a deep love for travel, always excited to explore new cultures and experiences whenever she can.

Kim Baxter
Account ManagerKim joined the Crockers team in May 2025, bringing with her over nine years of experience in the Body Corporate industry, with a strong foundation in administration. Prior to that, she spent two decades in the Events and Hospitality sector, where she developed a deep appreciation for people-focused service and operational excellence.
As an Account Manager, Kim thrives on the variety that Body Corporate work offers. She enjoys building positive relationships, solving problems collaboratively, and approaching each day with enthusiasm and purpose. Her passion for the role is matched by her commitment to professionalism and integrity.
Kim values the supportive, family-like culture at Crockers. With a large family of her own, she feels right at home in an environment that emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and shared success.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys photography — especially capturing the beauty of mushrooms in nature — spending quality time with her family, and being active in her church community.

Lalli Govender
Account ManagerLalli is originally from South Africa she joined the Crockers body corporate team in April 2019. She possesses a BCom degree majoring in Accounting and Business Management. She brings with her a wealth of experience and expertise in financial management and business management principles. She enjoys meeting different people from diverse cultures. Her portfolio is a mixture of residential and commercial properties as well as Residents Societies. Lalli is passionate about what she does, works diligently to serve her clients. She is grateful to be part of a people focused company that strives to provide the best service to their clients.
Outside work she spends time volunteering in church and community outreach programmes. Enjoy going for walks and spending time with family and friends.

Laura Atkin
Account ManagerLaura became a part of the Crockers Body Corporate team in 2021, where she found immense satisfaction in cultivating client relationships and connecting with new acquaintances.
Since transitioning into her role as an account manager, Laura has relished the fresh challenges it presents, as it provides her with an endless wealth of knowledge to delve into. She places great importance on the diversity inherent in the body corporate industry.
Laura is an exceptionally driven and composed individual who possesses a keen eye for detail and precision.
In her leisure time, Laura cherishes her rural lifestyle. She can often be found attending yoga sessions, keeping active, and enjoying quality moments with her beloved animals, friends, and family. Furthermore, Laura delights in culinary experimentation, spending her time whipping up delectable dishes and indulging in the art of baking.

Lisa Morrison
Account ManagerLisa joined Crockers as an Account Manager in 2024 working as part of the Body Corporate team based in Christchurch.
Lisa’s career to date has been in the banking and finance industry in lending, people leadership and financial advisory roles.
Lisa is enjoying the fast-paced and exciting role as an Account Manager, utilising her relationship management and financial skills to guide and support her customers. Due to her banking background she understands the value of an exceptional customer experience.
Outside of work Lisa enjoys spending time with family and friends, travel, walking, mountain biking and reading.

Maheshika Gunathillake
Account ManagerMaheshika joined the Crockers family as a Body Corporate Account Manager in 2024. In her previous role, she served as an Account Manager for Australia and New Zealand at a software company with headquarters in the United States of America.
Maheshika holds a First-Class bachelor’s degree in international business management from Staffordshire University in the United Kingdom. Her professional development career led her to further her studies by completing the Chartered Postgraduate Diploma through the Chartered Institute of Management (CIM) in the UK.
Her five years of experience in corporate client services will support her to perform with effectiveness and efficiency in fulfilling her duties as a Body Corporate Account Manager at Crockers.
Outside of work, Maheshika enjoys her passion for painting, embarking on nature trips to immerse herself in the great outdoors, and cherishing quality time spent with her family.

Neetu Nagpal
Account ManagerNeetu is armed with over five years' experience in the body corporate industry, and is qualified with a dual degree in Commerce and professional accountancy. Her studies ensure that she is able to apply textual and general knowledge along with her experience. Neetu’s flexibility and focus on continuous learning helps her to adapt quickly whilst offering enhanced business skills. No job is too big or too small for her and she takes pride in offering great service and using initiative, whilst enjoying the challenge helping others in an ever-changing environment.
Time out for Neetu means enjoying the day with her two little kids or going to the gym. With her absolute client focus and passion for providing excellent service, Neetu is looking forward to being part of this Account Manager team and making a difference in the lives of her clients.

Nerissa Mair
Account ManagerWith three years of experience in the Body Corporate industry, I’ve grown from an administrative role to managing insurance renewals and claims, and now work full-time as a Body Corporate Manager. In 2025, I was honoured to receive the Rising Star Award at the Strata Community Excellence Awards NZ, recognising my growth and contribution to the sector.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mum to two football-obsessed teens. Most of my free time is spent on the sidelines supporting their teams and volunteering as a committee member for our local football club—occasionally even lacing up my own boots! Life at home is just as lively, thanks to our two energetic border collies who keep me on my toes.

Robin Yang
Account ManagerRobin recently joined Crockers as an Account Manager in 2023, where he is responsible for managing regular meetings, financial management, repairs and maintenance, insurance, and compliance for owners' groups, bodies corporates or owners' societies. He works in collaboration with committees, owners, and service providers to ensure effective communication and the smooth functioning of the complexes.
After coming to New Zealand, Robin completed his Bachelor of Property degree from the University of Auckland. He then entered the property industry, where he gained over a decade of experience in property management for commercial and residential properties. This experience has helped him develop a comprehensive understanding of the industry and a broad network of contacts.
Robin is fluent in English and Mandarin and always willing to offer his expertise. Whether answering a question or referring someone to the right person, Robin is always here to help.
Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, walking his dog, and exploring new dining places.

Rudi van der Bank
Account ManagerRudi joined Crockers in July 2024 as a Body Corporate Account Manager. What Rudi enjoys most about working at Crockers is the people - it’s the team that makes all the work possible. With a deep passion for the property industry, he has spent over a decade working across various facets of the sector.
Having spent 5 years as an estate agent in South Africa, while also serving as the Chairperson of his own body corporate for 7 years, Rudi brings a wealth of experience and a unique understanding of the industry. Previously working in home loans, and managed a personal rental property portfolio, he firmly believes that every property is a home, not just another building, which fuels his dedication to the work he does.
A believer in transparency, Rudi operates by the principle of "What you see is what you get," and he never promises what he can’t confidently deliver.
Outside of work, family is the centre of Rudi’s world, and weekends are often spent enjoying activities with his children.

Shuling Jinli
Account ManagerShuling joined Crockers’ Body Corporate team in June 2019. Previous to this she has had experience in highly demanding roles within the NZ education sector, having worked for the University of Auckland, Yoobee School of Design and Massey University.
Shuling is a well-seasoned Operations Manager with strong skills and expertise in coordinating complex projects, budget, forecasting and managing financial accounts. She holds a high level of customer service and astute problem-solving skills. She also has a legal background and possesses a Master of Management degree. Shuling deeply understands the requirements and dynamics of Bodies Corporate and offers excellent communication and customer services ethic.

Steve Zhou
Account ManagerSteve obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from China and a Master's Degree in Management from the University of Auckland.
Before joining the Crockers' Body Corporate Team in 2023, he worked in the property development and finance industries where he gained valuable skills.
Steve is friendly and enjoys being helpful to both staff and the clients he deals with, he is extremely proud of his strong sense of responsibility. Along with these strengths, he can also speak Mandarin.
Outside of work, he enjoys sports, exploring delicious new food, and investing in stocks and bonds.

Terence Kung
Account ManagerTerence joined the Crockers family in 2023 as an account manager.
He has several years of experience in the hospitality industry which has enabled him to hone his customer service and strong problem-solving skills.
Terence is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese. He is friendly and helpful, prides himself on his great communication skills and enjoys helping others to achieve goals.
Terence is a very outgoing and active person. He loves participating in sports, going to the gym, diving and hiking. He also loves traveling and camping - that’s why he loves New Zealand!

Vanessa Stone
Account ManagerVanessa joined the Crockers family in 2021 after having a year off due to becoming a mother for the first time.
She loves the diversity of the role and helping others is just an added bonus.
The body corporate world is complex and full of pitfalls but with her quick thinking and can-do attitude, Vanessa is more than ready to tackle anything that comes her way!
Outside of work, Vanessa is mum to a very energetic 2 year old, enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and exploring new places plus is a true foodie!
