General Manager - Business Development & MarketingShanon is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the property management industry. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Property Management, which he pursued while simultaneously working full time over the course of several years. Additionally, Shanon possesses a Bachelor of Applied Science degree, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning.
Shanon has had an impressive journey at Crockers Property Group since joining in 2007. Starting as a property manager, he has consistently demonstrated his dedication and expertise, steadily progressing within the company. Over the years, Shanon has excelled in various roles within the Property Management and Body Corporate teams. At present, Shanon oversees the Crocker Group's Residential, Commercial Property Management, and Body Corporate New Business and Marketing Teams. Leveraging his extensive knowledge and experience, he plays a crucial role in driving growth and attaining outstanding outcomes for the wider company.
One of Shanon's notable strengths lies in his understanding of the New Zealand property market. Having weathered its booms and busts, he has gained invaluable insights into the dynamics and intricacies of the property landscape. Shanon's expertise extends to the Unit Titles and the Residential Tenancies Act, underscoring his comprehensive knowledge of the legal frameworks governing the industry.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Shanon finds great joy in spending quality time with his family. He cherishes these moments and embraces his role as a dedicated family man. Additionally, Shanon is an ardent BBQ enthusiast, displaying his passion for cooking and creating delicious culinary experiences.

Senior Business Development ManagerSince joining Crockers in 2016, Jessica say's she feels lucky to be part of a team of passionate, experienced (and fun!) individuals who take so much pride in ensuring that our clients are provided the highest standard of service.
As Senior Business Development Manager for our Body Corporate division, she thrives on building relationships with Developers, as well as educating existing Body Corporates on how their complexes can be better managed should they choose to come on board with us.
Jessica loves working with Developers in the early stages of their new development. Providing advice and working with them throughout the pre-sale and construction stages right through to completion. She admits it's so exciting to see their concept plans come to fruition and it’s even better knowing that Crockers played a part in their success.
Her career background has mostly been in executive administration roles within the construction industry and the skills she has obtained has set her in good stead for working with, and assisting, her clients today.
On a personal level, she is a born and bred Kiwi and simply loves the country we live in. She takes any opportunity to explore our land and sea and has a great passion for fishing, hiking and swimming and loves spending time with her family.
Jessica does what she can to ‘give back’ and donates her time and money to various charities, her favourite being the SPCA. She's a bit of an adrenaline junky and enjoys the odd bungy jump, skydive and the thrill of a good roller coaster. Aside from that, she does her best to travel overseas at least once a year. It’s very hard to shake that travel bug once you’ve had a taste for it. But it’s those adventures and experiences that make her appreciate NZ even more.

Omair Adil
Business Development ManagerOmair began his journey with Crockers in March 2021, initially joining our Body Corporate team as an Account Manager. He has since progressed to become a valuable member of our New Business team, enriching the team with his extensive knowledge and skills.
Having come from a travel background where he worked with one of the largest travel companies in the world, managing relationships with 100+ hotels across NZ. He built strong ties with regional tourism organisations and travel marketing companies, helping promote the regions to domestic and international travellers. He has worked in the FMCG, fashion and travel industries before the allure of the property market attracted him to join Crockers.
His experience working with hotel managements across the North Island, his passion to provide an excellent client experience and his unique problem-solving skills have already set him up for success in this role.
He spends his spare time with his 3 beautiful daughters and enjoys playing cricket during the summers. Coming from a travel background he, naturally, enjoys travelling and soaking in the cultures of different countries.

Naomi Tafea
Business Development ManagerNaomi is a seasoned professional in the Body Corporate Industry, with her first role starting in 2017. She began her journey at Crockers in 2018 and quickly found her niche in the Business Development team. Her passion for building relationships with clients and finding solutions to their problems quickly propelled her into a more senior role within the company.
In 2021, Naomi decided to spread her wings and moved to Australia to take up a position as an Account Manager. Her time in Australia was a huge success, and she gained invaluable experience working in a new market. However, when a new opportunity arose at Crockers, she jumped at the chance to return to her old stomping ground and continue her career in New Zealand.
Naomi's experience and skills have been instrumental in the success of Crockers' Business Development team. She has an unwavering dedication to her clients and always goes above and beyond to ensure their needs are met. Her ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions to complex problems is truly impressive.
When she's not at work, Naomi loves to spend time with her family and friends. She's a huge sports fan and loves nothing more than a game of indoor netball. Naomi's passion for life and commitment to excellence make her a valuable member of the Crockers team.

Leon Ma
Senior Business Development ManagerLeon started his career in property in the construction industry working for a Chinese state-owned construction company. Since moving back to Auckland he has continued in the property industry, joining Crockers Property as the Business Development Manager.
As a Residential Property Investor himself he understands the service owners require and is passionate about ensuring they receive it. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, he understands that speaking multiple languages is of great benefit to both landlords and tenants especially in the Auckland market which has a large diverse population from many different cultural backgrounds.
