Darren has 25 years’ experience spanning both the NZ & UK property markets.

As CEO, Darren is responsible for setting strategy for the Group and delivering on its business plan.  Darren is passionate about building teams to provide outstanding service to clients.  Adopting a people-first approach is central to our company’s philosophy.  Working closely with the talented business heads gives Darren the opportunity to improve the service delivery for the benefit of clients, Crockers team and wider company.

In his spare time, Darren enjoys taking in new experiences with his family and can be found attempting to keep pace with younger athletes in his local Park Run event.

Elysia has joined the Crockers Property Group in 2019 as the People and Culture Manager.

Elysia has worked in Human Resources for over 20 years both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge across the full remit of the People and Culture function. Over her career she worked for organisations across a wide range of industries such as banking, oil & gas, government, consultancy and tertiary. Elysia has particular interest in career development, leadership coaching and employee engagement.

Joe has been part of our team since 2009. He started as a Property Manager and has since risen through the ranks, taking on roles as Team Leader and General Manager. Joe is currently at the helm of the largest single office property management company in New Zealand.

Thanks to his extensive knowledge in all aspects of Property Management, Joe has been instrumental in driving a transformation of our core business. By leveraging people, processes, structure, and systems, he's helped us achieve success and growth in a rapidly evolving market. Joe's focus on ensuring all key business components support each other has resulted in improved internal efficiencies, increased transparency of target tracking and achievement, and higher levels of service for our clients.

Joe's leadership and expertise have been invaluable in guiding our team and helping us to achieve our goals. We're proud to have him as part of the Crockers whānau, and we look forward to many more years of his guidance and leadership.

Johan has joined the Crockers Property Group in 2017 and is the General Manager looking after Finance and other Corporate Services for the group.

Johan is a Chartered Accountant and spend 8 years with KPMG developing and gaining knowledge and experience in all accounting and financial reporting matters. Johan brings a wealth of leadership and people skills to the group and is very passionate about providing an outstanding customer service experience.

Johan has been a CFO and Senior Leader for many years across a wide range of industries and businesses including financial services, retail, manufacturing and property services.

Nick joined Crockers Property Group in 2019, having previously delivered technology projects for Crockers from 2012-2015 while working for their IT Managed Services Provider.

Nick has over 15 years of experience in the Information Technology industry and brings a wealth of knowledge across a broad range of vendors and solutions. He is certified across multiple technology products and is a certified Solutions Associate in Microsoft Cloud Platforms.

As a big fan of utilizing Microsoft's Modern Workplace suite to deliver transformation within the business, Nick enjoys enabling better flexibility and collaboration within and across business divisions and is an excellent problem solver.

Shanon is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the property management industry. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Property Management, which he pursued while simultaneously working full time over the course of several years. Additionally, Shanon possesses a Bachelor of Applied Science degree, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning.

Shanon has had an impressive journey at Crockers Property Group since joining in 2007. Starting as a property manager, he has consistently demonstrated his dedication and expertise, steadily progressing within the company. Over the years, Shanon has excelled in various roles within the Property Management and Body Corporate teams. At present, Shanon oversees the Crocker Group's Residential, Commercial Property Management, and Body Corporate New Business and Marketing Teams. Leveraging his extensive knowledge and experience, he plays a crucial role in driving growth and attaining outstanding outcomes for the wider company.

One of Shanon's notable strengths lies in his understanding of the New Zealand property market. Having weathered its booms and busts, he has gained invaluable insights into the dynamics and intricacies of the property landscape. Shanon's expertise extends to the Unit Titles and the Residential Tenancies Act, underscoring his comprehensive knowledge of the legal frameworks governing the industry.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Shanon finds great joy in spending quality time with his family. He cherishes these moments and embraces his role as a dedicated family man. Additionally, Shanon is an ardent BBQ enthusiast, displaying his passion for cooking and creating delicious culinary experiences.

Victor joined Crockers in February 2020 having previously held senior management roles leading trans-Tasman operations teams of up to 150 FTE and also trans-Tasman sales teams. Victor is passionate about people and really enjoys meeting new people and hearing their story. Victor considers it a privilege to be entrusted to assist with the management of bodies corporate and as such his goal is to work closely with clients to provide them with positive experiences and a service that we can all be proud of.

Victor has a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Finance and a Masters of Business Administration. In his spare time Victor enjoys time with his family, playing sport and trying new adventures.
