About Robbie

Robbie is an AI chatbot designed to assist Crockers customers with general property management and body corporate enquiries. Robbie connects to Crockers' systems to provide account-specific information where you have completed identity verification.

Acceptable Use

When using Robbie you must not provide false or misleading information, attempt to access another person's account or data, use the service for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to manipulate, exploit, or disrupt the chatbot or its underlying systems.

Limitations

Robbie's responses are informational only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. While Crockers takes reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, responses may not reflect the most current information in all circumstances.
