With multiple communal environments to choose from you can come home to friends, enjoy barbecues and shared leisure activities and work from home in one of our four drop-in offices. Short-term and long-term leases are available to suit your personal requirements.

Creating a strong sense of community has been the driving force behind the development of Park Tower. Developed with ease of living in mind, Park Tower is a welcoming space where residents can come together, make friends, hang out and forge connections.

Open Options for Rooms

Four different types of rooms are available to rent: Single, double, accessible and twin. Apartments are also available.

• • Periodic leases are available, meaning you can stay for as little or as long as you like.
  • All issues can be raised with management at the time, onsite. We will support you in the signing or moving in process, making it convenient and timely for you.

Above all, we aim to provide an environment that is warm, friendly, and chilled. Co-living at its best!

Single Rooms

Single Rooms consist of a single bed with drawers in the base. There is a built-in wardrobe, with shelves. A built-in desk is supplied along with a chair and a bar fridge for your personal items. These rooms have more floor space due to having the single bed configuration.

Double Rooms

Double Rooms consist of a double bed with drawers in the base. There is a built-in wardrobe, with shelves and additional drawers. A built-in desk is supplied along with a chair and a bar fridge for your personal items. Some rooms come with lights on the headboard.

Twin Rooms

Twin Rooms consist of two separate bedrooms with an adjoining door, each with a double bed with drawers in the base and lights in the headboards. There are built-in wardrobes, with shelves and additional drawers. A built-in desk is supplied along with a chair and a bar fridge for your personal items.

Apartments

Apartments come with a separate lounge with couch, chairs and coffee table, kitchen with fridge/freezer, bathroom and separate bedroom. The bedroom consists of a double bed with drawers in the bed base along with the built-in wardrobe, with shelves and additional drawers. A built-in desk is supplied along with a chair.
