Chinese New Year Exclusive Offer

This Chinese New Year Exclusive Offer applies to eligible clients who sign a new residential property management agreement with Crockers Property Group between 19 January 2026 and 5 March 2026 inclusive.

To qualify for this promotion, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The applicant must be the legal owner of a residential property
• The property must be located within the Greater Auckland region
• A brand new property management agreement must be signed with Crockers Property Group during the promotional period
• Crockers Property Group must be appointed as the sole and exclusive property manager for the property

Eligible owners who meet all terms and conditions of this promotion may receive $800 cash back per eligible property.

Cash back will only be payable once all of the following conditions have been satisfied:

• The property has been successfully leased
• The tenancy agreement has commenced
• The first rental payment has been received

The cash back will be paid within a reasonable timeframe after all qualifying conditions have been met, using a payment method determined by Crockers Property Group.

• This promotion does not apply to properties currently or previously managed by Crockers Property Group
• Each eligible property qualifies for one $800 cash back only
• If the property is withdrawn from the market, the letting is cancelled, or the management agreement is terminated prior to a successful tenancy commencement, no cash back will be payable
• If the management agreement is terminated shortly after the property has been successfully leased, Crockers Property Group reserves the right to recover any third party costs incurred, assessed on a case by case basis
• This promotion applies only to property management agreements entered into at Crockers Property Group’s standard management fee rates
• This promotion does not apply to discounted fees, specially negotiated arrangements, or non standard management agreements
• The cash back is non transferable, cannot be exchanged for other services or offers, and cannot be applied as a credit toward management or other fees

Crockers Property Group reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time. All decisions made by Crockers Property Group in relation to this promotion are final.
