Shanon Aitken

Shanon has a Graduate Diploma in Property Management along with a degree in Bachelor of Applied Science. He earned his diploma whilst working full time and studying over many years. He is also fluent in Japanese having lived there for eight years.

Shanon has been part of Crockers Property Group since 2007. During this time he has specialised in apartments as the Team Leader of the 'City Apartment Team' and uses this knowledge in his current role as Manager for both the New Business and Marketing Teams.

Shanon has an in-depth knowledge of the Auckland market having been through the booms and busts and is very knowledgeable on the Unit Titles Act (UTA 2010) and the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA 1986).
