COVID-19 Level 3 Update - Landlords

As you are no doubt aware, Auckland will be moving into Alert Level 3 at 11:59pm on Tuesday 21 September. All of our property management team will continue to work from home.

What does this mean for you?

You can continue to interact with us as you normally have been via phone or email. However, we do find our contact volumes tend to increase at times such as this. If we take longer than usual to respond to your enquiry, please bear with us and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

We are mainly limiting maintenance requests to H&S or access related jobs only during Level 3. Tenant payments will still be checked and followed up on, and we will be in touch should any of your tenants be seeking support during this time.

People can move property at Level 3 so if you had a tenant ‘stuck’ in the property at Level 4 they can now vacate.

Property inspections still cannot be undertaken and property viewings for letting purposes are strictly limited. If a property is currently tenanted any viewings also have to be with the tenant’s written consent.

Your property manager will be in touch should anything of note arise. Should you hear of anything pertinent directly, including any Covid cases in or around your property/properties, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
