The Pulse Ponsonby, Body Corporate
The Pulse has employed Crockers to administer and support our Body Corporate “BC” since 2005. Personally, I have used Crockers as a rental manager since 2014 – the time that I purchased into the Pulse complex and became an active committee member. I am now the Chair of the BC.
Crockers reliably assisted our BC through a major and complex remediation project which has taken just under 2 years to complete. That was a demanding exercise and I am pleased to report that Crockers supported the BC well throughout the remediation stage. They provided sound advice and assisted with the coordination of Owner updates, compliance matters, special levies and associated administration. That rebuild process is now nearing finalisation as CCC was issued pre Xmas 2016 and Crockers continue to assist us with finalising accounts and will then revert to a more traditional BC role. Crockers continue to provide owners with Property Management services and sales advice. I have been impressed that they provide regular updates (relative to sales in the area and changes to any relevant Acts), and I’ve also experienced them pro-actively phoning to complete a health check – ensuring owners are happy with the services being provided. When maintenance is required in individual units, they have an efficient service and access to reliable trades people. This provides ongoing peace of mind.
Kayleanne Mercer has personally looked after The Pulse for nearly 18 months and we find a great working relationship has always been present. She is knowledgeable, efficient and professional in all respects. While I recommend Crockers, the reality is that it always comes back to the people you deal with and we have no issues recommending Kayleanne and her support crew.

The Galleries, located in Auckland Central, comprises 28 Apartments with the majority (90%) being Owner Occupied.
The Galleries Body Corporate Committee has worked closely with Crockers Body Corporate over many years, through staff, contract and system changes. While the system changes have seen some disruption to the flow and layout of accounting information, the Crockers team has always stepped up to work through these matters with the Committee. Recent changes in the banking arrangements to separate our funds from a multi-client to individual client basis have been welcomed. Vinish Kumar has been our allocated Manager since May 2016 and has been a very good advocate on our behalf in guiding us through both systems and contract changes. Vinish is knowledgeable on all things Body Corporate and professional in his approach. The Committee appreciates the administrative support he and his team provide to the BC Committee.

I like that our Body Corporate funds are kept in a separate trust account. Crockers have the buying power to secure discounts from providers which they pass on to us. And the financial statements are easy to understand.
