When you don't live near your investment property, your property manager has even more duty to act as your eyes and ears. That means he or she should always:

- Keep you up to date with all pertinent matters relating to your property.
Our property managers are available around the clock, by phone or email. If they can't take your call immediately, they will either get back to you quickly or someone else will help you.
As far as information goes, our reputation is based on keeping our customers fully informed and always acting in their best interests. We don't treat your property as if it's our own - we treat it as if it's yours, and you've entrusted us to do the right thing at all times.
