Your Executive Living Specialist is the first port of call when you have a property to lease. He or she is ultimately responsible for ensuring you receive the best possible service that, at a minimum, meets Crockers Service Guarantee. Our team of specialists have years of experience between them.

A further team of full time staff ensure that accounting and administrative functions are maintained to the highest standard.

The wider Crockers Property Management team, which comprises property investment managers, leasing agents and new business managers, provides further backup for this key part of our business.


Quality assurance

Things you should know.

  • Payment of rent from the previous month is paid to you by Crockers on the first working day of the following month.
  • Although executive tenants are required to pay for metered water, the bill comes to your account. We pass the bill on to the tenants, and your account is then credited on receipt of the tenant's payment.
  • Under the Residential Tenancies Act, gardens and lawns are to be kept in a "reasonable condition" by the tenants. Pruning trees and hedges, spraying and vine removal are the landlord's responsibility. We encourage landlords of Executive properties to allow Crockers to manage this on your behalf.
  • If your property has a pool, we recommend you appoint a professional pool maintenance company. Tenants often fail to keep the pool in good condition, nor are they obliged to.
  • We encourage landlords to insure chattels such as carpet, drapes, stove and other white ware are made available for a tenant's use. Remember to tell the insurance company that the property is tenanted. Some policies are designed specifically to cover landlords for malicious damage by tenants.   • Rent increases are governed by the current rental market. Our Executive Living Specialists can provide you with advice on current market rates. Crockers Executive Living reviews your rental return regularly and adjusts accordingly.
