How to Use Property Spotter

Welcome to Crockers Property Spotter email alerts. This is an automated service that will notify you of properties we have just listed on our website that match the criteria you are looking for in your next home whether it be to rent, buy or invest in. 

There are two ways to sign up for Crockers Property Spotter.

Firstly make sure you are on the ‘Search’ side of the site.
Click on any one of the following areas that you are interested:

• Homes for rent
• Executive living (high end residential properties available for lease)
• Residential (homes for sale)
• Investment properties (for sale)

1. Now enter your property criteria in the left hand search tool, then click search
2. Save your search
3. Now go to ‘Not registered, click here’ – and click.

You will be asked to complete some personal information and to answer a couple of questions to register

4. Now click the ‘register’ button.

This will take you back to your ‘Save Search’ page

5. Click ‘save’ to continue

Alternatively, go directly to the Property Search section

1. Click on ‘Property Spotter – Email Alerts’ on the top right hand navigation bar.
2. Click on the ‘Click here to register now’ button

You will be asked to complete some personal information and to answer a couple of questions to register.

3. Click the ‘register’ button

All done. You are now registered

How to use Property Spotter on an ongoing basis

The Crockers website provides you with a range of tools to help you search for properties, save properties you like the look of and modify your contact details. To access this information, simply login providing your email address and password.

Summary
This provides you with a summary of all the information you have provided. This can be modified at any time.

Your details
This section contains your contact details and a list of research services you may wish to subscribe to, with our compliments. This can be modified at any time.

• Monthly Crockers Market Research
• Monthly Auckland Sales Prices table (compares current year to previous year) 
• Monthly Auckland Rental Prices table (compares current year to previous year) 
• Quarterly Crockers Investment Portfolio highlighting key properties available for sale

Saved Searches
This provides you with a list of the search criteria you have used, to receive Property Spotter Email Alerts from Crockers. You can modify or delete your save searches at any time. You can also modify the frequency and day of the week you wish to receive email alerts from Crockers.

Shortlist
This provides you with a shortlist of properties you think you may wish to visit. Use this tool to compare each property before taking up your valuable time to go and view them. Once again you can add to, modify or delete properties at any time.

Unsubscribe
At anytime, on any of the pages above, you may choose to unsubscribe to one, some or all of the services you originally subscribed to.

If you no longer wish to receive the Property Spotter Email Alerts, just unsubscribe. However if you wish to continue to receive any or all of our newsletters but not the Property Spotter, you will need to register yourself again.
